Professional Secrecy

The information entrusted by the client to us is governed by a strict duty to secrecy imposed by law and the lawyer’s code of conduct. This duty also comprises the right to refuse to give evidence on client-attorney information. Only our client can release us from this obligation to professional secrecy.
