According to the fee scale

Our fee system is based on the Act on Fee Scale for Lawyers and on the ordinance issued on the basis of that Act. The fee scale is based on the lawyer's concrete efforts oriented at the value at stake. For meetings, telephone calls, and court hearings, the time spent is also relevant. All costs for secretarial work are basically included in the fee scale. The court fees are based on the Act on Court Fees.

According to time spent

The official fee scale does not know billing by the hour. However, the Liechtenstein Chamber of Lawyers has issued guidelines for those cases in which accounting by hours spent is expressly requested by the client; these guidelines only have the character of recommendations, however.
